Goya Menor, a popular Nigerian hypeman and hip-hop artiste has claimed that he is not receiving as many honors as he should.
The rapper claimed that only a select few Nigerian tracks had achieved the achievement of his song, “Ameno Amapiano remix,” topping numerous charts throughout the world.
He said this in a recent interview with Lagos’ Cool FM.
He said, “The [‘Ameno Amapiano remix’] hit number 1 on Shazam; number 1 in America. It hit number 1 on all platforms. So, I don’t even think I’m getting enough credits for that.
“You and I know that we can name less than 10 songs that have ever done what ‘Ameno’ did in the history of Nigerian music.”
Goya Menor also stated throughout the interview that he would adore working with Tiwa Savage.
He claimed to have already spoken to her team.
