President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu recently met with the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and asked the country’s youth to join him in changing Nigeria.
“I want to assure you all that we are on this journey of making Nigeria great together,” President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remarked.
Your future is being mapped out by me (and my government officials). Since you have nowhere else to go, I invite you to join me in this endeavor, to share in our joy, and to collaborate in the management of my administration.
President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu continued, “to all of you here, you represent a diversity of NIGERIANS which will is’sweet’ because you own the civic responsibility of non-identity politics.” I can promise you my cooperation. The federation’s national chairman and secretary are here today to attest to our successful fight against poverty.
When asked about the students’ loan bill, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu concluded, “I want you all to know also that it is open-ended.”
If we find anything that does not belong, we will inquire with the board. Simply said, I do not wish for a repeat of the ASUU strikes we experienced previously.
