Manchester United is currently considering the possibility of loaning forward Mason Greenwood out for the upcoming campaign.
Since his arrest and subsequent attempted rape and assault charges in January of last year, Greenwood has not played for Manchester United.
However, in February of this year, all accusations against the 21-year-old were withdrawn.
Man United continued its statement by saying that it would “conduct its own process” before deciding what to do regarding the player’s future at Old Trafford.
Additionally, the Red Devils are reportedly considering letting Greenwood go on loan for the whole of the upcoming season, albeit an internal inquiry is still being conducted, according to MailOnline.
According to the source, Greenwood’s move to another Premier League club is quite unlikely, but three prospective locations are Turkey, Italy, and Spain.
