Popular actor and musician, Idowu Adeyemi, professionally known as Yhemolee, has said that his parents’ seperation almost ruined him and his sister’s lives.
Yhemolee, in an exclusive interview with renowned media personality Chude Jideonwo, opened up about the tremendous impact his parents’ separation had on his and his sister’s lives.
Growing up, their parents went their separate ways when they were still young, leaving them to fend for themselves and find a way to support their education.
Recounting his challenging journey, Yhemolee revealed
“I saw myself and my sister through school. They separated at a point when they could have damaged our lives. My parents were well-to-do. I mean, I went to one of the best schools at that time. But they left us all of a sudden“
Yhemolee’s determination and resilience became the driving force behind their pursuit of education and a brighter future.
Despite the upheaval caused by the separation, he took on the responsibility of shouldering their educational expenses, ensuring that they had the means to continue their studies.
