Spice Diana, real name Hajara Namukwaya, completed her $1 billion mansion nearly five years after she began her mammoth project.
Spice Diana began recording successful songs, obtaining gigs, and making money after manager Lubega Roger attracted her to Source Management.
Spice began building her mansion along Salaama Road in Makindye Division in 2018, the same year she built her mother’s house in Kiboga.
When Covid-19 struck, she halted construction and called on well wishers to help her complete her dream home. She resumed construction after the lockdown.
The mansion has 6 bedrooms, a state-of-the-art recording studio, a luxurious home office, and a well-equipped gym.
To build, Spice Diana was inspired by her biggest music rival Sheebah Karungi who set a precedent by constructing her own mansion located on Mulungu road – Munyonyo valued at 1Bn.
Over the weekend, Sheebah recorded a video chilling as she showed off her completed mansion.
There has been talk that the mansion belongs to manager Roger Lubega. However, we all know that Roger invests money and Spice Diana’s brand makes him money.
From what we witnessed from Sheebah Karungi-Jeff Kiwa, after the pair parted ways, Sheebah took the house arguing it was her sweat.
