“Every Senator Has A Car; None Of Us Treks Or Board A Taxi Into The Senate” – Sen Jimoh Ibrahim

Many hours ago, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim of Ondo State was granted an interview on Channels Television in which he reacted to Senator Adams Oshiomhole’s remarks regarding the absence of furniture and the like in his Senate office.

“It is not entirely correct to say that what Adams Oshiomhole said was correct,” Senator Jimoh Ibrahim said.

This is because the federal government donated what they could, such as chairs, tables, and rugs. I can also assert that every senator owns a car, as none of us walk or take a taxi into the Senate.”

Lastly, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim said, “in my office for instance, the only thing I don’t have is a computer and it has been discussed by the senate president.

The fact is that as a senator, Adams Oshiomhole may not like some of the things he met in his office but it does not mean they were not there. Any senator that does not like them changes them.”
