Alhaji Asari Mujahid Dokubo conducted an interview a few hours ago in which he discussed his family’s interfaith system.
“I actually have twenty two children,” stated the Kalabari kingdom’s chief. Only one of them, who lives with my Christian sister, a member of Rivers state’s House of Assembly, is a Christian. I also have three children in Germany, but they are in jeopardy because their Christian mother brings them to church. They’re perplexed.”
Speaking further, Alhaji Asari Mujahid Dokubo said, “whenever it is time to observe the Muslim fast, their mother wakes them to fast. Also, she obliges them to partake in Muslim festivities.”
Lastly, the Kalabari kingdom’s chief said, “apart from my children in Germany, I have six others who I withdrew from elites schools in Paris to memorize Quran in Kano, Nigeria. I want those ones to be the ambassadors of Islam when I die. In my family, there are both Christians and Muslims which was why I said Governor Siminalayi Fubara should not call Rivers state a Christian own.”
