Abdullahi Ganduje, a former Governor, has recently assumed the position of National Chairman for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This appointment took place during the party’s 12th National Executive Meeting in Abuja on Thursday.
Additionally, Ajibola Basiru, a former Senate spokesman, was elected as the National Secretary by the party’s NEC.
Ganduje, expressing his gratitude towards President Tinubu, assured that internal democracy will be prioritized during his term.
He further pledged to establish a comprehensive record of party members and focus on efficient election management and conflict resolution.
