Burna Boy, an award-winning Nigerian singer, expressed his desire to become the president of the United States of America.
He made this revelation during an interview on the US show, 360 with Speedy, while discussing his upcoming album, I Told Them.
Speedy Morman, the interviewer, questioned Burna Boy about his excitement regarding his songs being featured on Barack Obama’s playlist.
In response, Burna Boy, who had previously criticized the Afrobeat genre, expressed his joy and mentioned his ambition to be the president of America.
While Speedy pointed out that it is currently unlikely for someone not born in the USA to be the president, they acknowledged that this rule may change in the future.
Burna Boy also shared his dream of performing at the White House in Washington, United States.
He added that he doesn’t want to perform at a public function rather he wanted to have a Burna Boy party.
