Speed Darlington sues Palmpay for using his image for advert, demands N200m compensation (Video)

Popular rapper and content creator, Darlington Okoye popularly known as Speed Darlington has filed a lawsuit against a fin-tech platform, Palmpay following their decision to use his photo in their advertisement.

On Monday 21 August, 2023 Palmpay uploaded an advertisement on their official X account which captures an image of the singer.

In reaction to such violation of image rights by Palmpay, the Imo-state-born released a letter through his lawyers, suing and requesting the sum of 200 million as indemnity from the management of the loan company.



The rapper took to his Instagram page to expose the unlawful act.


Also urging them to do the right thing before he takes further actions.
