A Tiktoker who was recently arrested for defaming actress Eniola Badmus took to social media to face the internet haters who were attacking her and announced her plan to sue them.
The woman, identified as Ego, shared a video on TikTok in which she vehemently defended herself against the claims and threatened legal action against individuals indulging in harmful trolling.
Ego categorically denied receiving money to smear the name of actress Eniola Badmus.
In her video, she called those who make such claims “dumb,” claiming that there was no evidence or conversation to back up the supposed financial transaction.
Ego went on to say that she had never had any talks or exchanges that would imply her complicity in a scheme to discredit the actress.
Responding to the allegations that she had used offensive language, particularly telling someone to “shet up” (shut up), Ego refuted these claims, stating that such language was not in her character.
She insisted that those who knew her well were aware of her communication style and could vouch for the fact that she rarely used such words.
Displaying her determination to protect her reputation, Ego issued a stern warning to her online detractors.
She announced her intention to pursue legal action against those who were engaging in trolling behavior, vowing that they would experience the same ordeal she endured during her time in prison.
Ego emphasized that her conviction had solely been for a minor offense -defamation- and urged her critics to reflect on the severity of their actions.
