Early Life
Gbubemi Ejeye (born June 29, 1995, 30 years old) is from Delta State, Nigeria, and an Itsekiri woman by tribe. She was raised in the household of Mr. and Mrs. Ejeye and lived in a middle-class suburb in Lagos State during her formative years.
She grew up wanting to be a lawyer and put a great deal of effort into her schoolwork to pursue this dream. As she grew older, she realized she had developed a love for acting. My involvement in school plays and musicals sparked this love of acting. Her love of performing gradually replaced her desire to pursue a career in law.
Education
Gbubemi Ejeye was fortunate to receive a top-notch formal education, as he comes from a middle-class family.
She attended Home Science Association Nursery and Primary School, Ikoyi, Charret Primary School, Isolo, Lagos, Abeokuta Girls Grammar School, and Oluade High School (now Top Highfliers) for her secondary education.
After that, Houdegbe North American University in the Republic of Benin accepted Gbubemi Ejeye. She graduated from the university in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Career
Gbubemi Ejeye returned to Nigeria after completing her undergraduate studies to participate in the obligatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. After completing the course, she started a job in the media.
She made her acting debut in the stage drama Colour Me Pink at Terra Kulture in November 2018. The theatre production dealt with breast cancer. Her stage accomplishments paved the way for her entry into the Nollywood industry.
In Lagos, Gbubemi Ejeye started giving auditions for movie parts and was chosen to play characters in several of these movies. She developed her acting skills in television, web series, drama, feature films, and short films. Gbubemi Ejeye portrayed Eniola in the Ndani TV Web Series Game On’s Second Season, 2022. She joined the AM Covenant cast in September 2022 and portrayed Talia in the show. She became well-known worldwide for her role as Adufe in the Netflix Original Drama series Far From Home.
Gbubemi’s inclusion in the MTV Shuga Naija Season 5 cast, which was announced for later that year, was revealed in 2023.
