Give God your first fruit if you want to prosper – Adeboye

Who is the Richest Pastor In the World & his Net worth (2020)

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, has urged graduating senior students of Redeemer’s University to offer their first fruits to God in order to receive abundant blessings.

During the university’s 15th convocation ceremony in Ede, Osun state, Pastor Adeboye, who is also a Visitor to the institution, emphasized the importance of giving to God through tithes and offerings.

He stated that God rewards those who faithfully contribute to his work.

Representing Pastor Adeboye at the event, Pastor Olukayode Pitan, the Chairman of the School’s Board of Trustees, warned the graduating students not to be swayed by worldly attractions that may divert their attention from their commitment to God.

Instead, he encouraged them to remain focused on their faith in order to contribute to the development of a prosperous nation.

His words; “To the graduating students, I congratulate you very warmly. As you exit from the university, don’t allow the world and its lust to distract you to take the fear of God in you out; practice godliness. Be a lover of God and his word, and remember that all things answer to prayer if rightly done.

“God is the rewarder, give to him your first fruit, tithe and offering; nothing can stop your prosperity.

“Always remember your Alma Mata as you go. God who is the owner of Redeemer University will bless you”.
