TG Omori, a well-known Nigerian music video director, recently discussed his business deal with singer Asake.
Their collaboration began last year with the popular single “Organize,” and they continued to work together on various projects, consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation and visuals in the industry.
However, rumors started to circulate when Asake started working with different directors for his latest music videos.
Many speculated that Asake was upset with TG Omori after their last project, “YOGA,” didn’t receive as much attention as his other videos.
To clear the air, TG Omori addressed these rumors in a podcast called Zero Condition.
He reassured everyone that he and Asake still maintain mutual respect for each other.
He also mentioned that Olamide, the musician and CEO of YBNL record label, believes in giving opportunities to different people, so it wouldn’t be fair to hold that against him.
According to him, he and Asake are taking a break from working together as they have done about 10-12 music videos.
