Shakilla, the infamous teenage socialite, is at it again, upsetting not only Kenyan netizens but also a global audience.
Shakilla was live with Tory Lanez, a Canadian rapper whose father is based in Kenya, during one of his Instagram live sessions, where he allowed Shakilla the opportunity to twerk for the plethora of admirers he commands online.
