During the governorship election case, the Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna withdrew Governor Uba Sani from the All Progressives Congress.
Isah Mohammed Ashiru, a candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, initiated the petition.
The panel ruled on Thursday that the state’s governorship election in 2023 was inconclusive.
