Famous Nigerian singer, Daniel ‘BNXN‘ Benson, recently shared his journey of temporarily putting his music career on hold when he got accepted into university.
However, he found renewed inspiration after being inspired by the music of Burna Boy and British rapper J Hus.
BNXN revealed this during an episode of the popular Hip TV show, “Trending,” which was hosted by Kim Oprah, a reality star.
BNXN also shared the incredible experience of being signed by his mentor, Burna Boy, on the very day they met.
In his words;
“When I got into the university, I dropped everything that had to do with music.
“What inspired me to go back to doing music was that I started listening to Burna Boy and J Hus. I started listening to real music. And I was like, I think I can do this.”
