Lilian Afegbai a controversial media figure, recently resorted to social media to narrate a terrible story with her home help attempting to scam her.
In a candid video, Lilian revealed that her housekeeper had created a phony heart problem in order to defraud her. The housekeeper added a male collaborator, whom she claimed was her brother, adding another layer to the plot.
In a worrying turn of events, Lillian fell for the ploy and transferred a large quantity of money to her house help, believing she was assisting in the treatment of the bogus heart problem.
However, the truth was quickly revealed when the housekeeper confessed to the deception. Lillian felt that the attempted fraud was linked to a failed business agreement, causing the housekeeper to come forward with the confession. As a result, Lillian decided to block her housekeeper.
Expressing her frustration, Lillian wondered aloud what she had done to deserve such a duplicitous house help, considering her reputation as a successful businessperson.
