Superstar Afrobeats singer Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, has broken his silence and granted an interview after the birth of his twins with his wife, Chioma Avril Rowland.
The couple welcomed their twins in the USA on October 9th, 2023, as previously reported by CREEBHILLS.
A video surfaced online showing Chioma in a wheelchair, holding the twins, while Davido stood next to her, with his father, billionaire Adedeji Adeleke, capturing the moment in his Bentley.
It is worth mentioning that Davido and Chioma tragically lost their 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, on October 31st, 2023.
Reflecting on his experience, Davido expressed awe at the miracle of losing a son in October and then welcoming twins in the same month, just 11 months later.
He also emphasized the significance of the month of October.
His statement: “When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month. My son passed last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October, so it’s crazy.”
In his statement, the singer emphasized the significance of having faith and never giving up.
