Nigerian music executive, Tee Billz (real name Tunji Balogun), has faced criticism from his industry colleagues for pleading for mercy on behalf of Zinoleesky.
In an Instagram post, Tee Billz expressed his support for not canceling Zinoleesky, instead emphasizing the importance of educating him to become a better person, as we are all a work in progress.
He further stated that the new generation needs love, respect, empathy for humanity, and prioritizing family values, rather than adopting gangster mentality.
“May God bless Imole’s soul and I respect the wisdom nuggets you shared with me big broski @tolaodunsi but gracefully stand on not canceling ZINO….. I would rather be there for him to educate him on becoming a better person bcos we are all works in progress! The new generation needs us…… Love, respect, empathy for humanity, and taking care of your family are the only gangster values!!!”.
However, his post received backlash from netizens, including actress Susan Peters and OAP Dotun, who slammed his stance.
