“Role model of the old and young” – Samklef showers Wizkid with praises, shades Davido

Nigerian singer and controversial media personality, Samklef, has indirectly criticized Davido while praising his rival, Wizkid.

Samklef shared a photo of Wizkid at his mother’s funeral and commended him for being the original trendsetter.

In light of recent accusations against Davido for breaching his contract, Samklef highlighted how Wizkid has always maintained a scandal-free reputation and has never been involved in contract disputes.

Samklef described Wizkid as a composed and inspiring figure, declaring him as the role model for every artist.

This incident follows the public call-out of Davido by a Nigerian photographer and businessman, Abu Salami, who accused the singer of reneging on a multi-million naira contract.

According to Salami, he had paid Davido 218 million naira to support a children’s football project, but the singer failed to fulfill his part of the agreement.

To aggravate the situation, Davido not only refused to refund the money but also resorted to intimidating Salami by sending thugs after him.

He shared a disturbing video of him being beaten up by thugs, which he claimed were sent by the singer.
