Ebuka Uchendu, a well-known media personality, has surprised many by opening up about a personal struggle he has faced.

Despite appearing to have it all, the former Big Brother Naija winner has demonstrated that he, like anyone else, battles with mental health challenges.

When asked about his most difficult year in terms of mental health, Ebuka Uchendu disclosed that 2012 was particularly tough for him.


He shared that during that year, he cried more than he ever had before.
