According to sources, Hon. Moses Thomas Sule, the speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, has tendered their resignation.
Additionally, Hon. Gwottaon Fom, the deputy speaker, has also tendered his resignation.
In their place, Hon. Gabriel Dawang, the member for Pankshin North, has been selected as the new speaker, while Hon. Timothy Dantong, representing the Riyom constituency, is the new deputy speaker.
This development is believed to be linked to the removal of state assembly PDP legislators and Governor Caleb Mutfwang.
