2023: Davido’s ‘Timeless’ emerges Most Streamed Album on Boomplay

Boomplay, a music streaming platform, has released its year-end charts for the top streamed songs and albums of 2023 in Nigeria.

According to the charts, Davido’s fourth studio album, ‘Timeless,’ has taken the top spot as the most streamed project in Nigeria on Boomplay this year.

Following closely behind are Asake’s sophomore album, ‘Work Of Art,’ and Omah Lay’s ‘Boy Alone.’

When it comes to the most streamed songs, Omah Lay’s hit track titled ‘Soso’ takes the lead. Kizz Daniel’s ‘Cough (Odo)’ and Adekunle Gold’s ‘Party No Dey Stop’ featuring Zinoleesky complete the top three on the list.

In the gospel category, ‘Daddy Wey Dey Pamper’ by Moses Bliss has claimed the title of most streamed gospel song of the year, followed by another song by the same artist, ‘Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus.’ Ebuka Songs’ ‘I Will Pray’ secures the final spot on the chart.

Furthermore, Asake has been recognized as the most streamed male artist on Boomplay for the year.

On the other hand, Ayra Starr has been crowned the most streamed female artist.
