How my ex-wife made me lose over N480 million properties and my kids – Emeka Ike spills (Video)

Emeka Ike, a well-known actor in Nollywood, recently spoke about his difficult experience with his ex-wife and the impact it had on his life.

During an interview on Rubbin minds on Channels TV, Emeka revealed that his ex-wife falsely accused him of assault, resulting in him losing custody of his four children and over N480 million worth of properties.

Their 12-year marriage came to an end in 2015 when his ex-wife, who is of mixed Dutch and Nigerian descent, filed for divorce, claiming that she had suffered physical and emotional abuse throughout their relationship, which had a significant impact on Emeka’s life and career.

As a result of these challenges, Emeka faced various difficulties and took a temporary break from the Nollywood industry.

He has since remarried a South African model named Yolanda.

Last year, Emeka shared a thought-provoking message on social media, urging people to seek wisdom from their grandparents about the premature deaths of their fathers.

Emeka Ike made his first appearance in Toyin Abraham’s movie, ‘Malaika’, which premiered on December 17.

However, during an interview, he shared a traumatic experience that had been hidden for years.

When he returned from a work trip abroad, he discovered that his wife had abandoned their home and his multimillion-Naira school had been forcefully shut down.

He confronted his wife about the allegations, but she denied them, unaware that she was the one behind the damaging reports.

This situation caused Emeka severe depression, leading him to retreat from the public eye out of shame and embarrassment.

He also expressed concerns about addressing the situation online, fearing that the same people who had harassed him before might misunderstand his words.

Since his revelation, there have been mixed reactions from social media users, with some showing support while others denounce his claims and criticize him.
