PSG goalkeeper's family held at knifepoint as thieves invade home

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) goalkeeper Alexandre Letellier and his family reportedly experienced a burglary in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to reports from French outlet RMC, Letellier, his wife, and their two children were held at knifepoint by the burglars, who demanded money and jewelry.

Unfortunately, Letellier’s wife was struck in the face during the incident.

The family was awakened by a security alarm around 2 am, prompting them to contact the police.

However, when the authorities arrived, the intruders had already entered the family’s garden.

During the intervention, one police officer sustained a knee injury.

Thankfully, the police were able to swiftly apprehend three of the four suspects, including two minors and one adult, who have since been taken into custody.

Letellier and his family reside in Yvelines, Northern France, with their two children aged two and six.

While Letellier serves as the third-choice goalkeeper for PSG, he has yet to make an appearance for the Ligue 1 champions.
