Burna Boy set to perform at the 2024 Grammys

It’s so sad – Burna Boy writes to people who lack appreciation for their roots

Burna Boy, the renowned singer also known as Damini Ogulu, has been confirmed as one of the performers at the upcoming 2024 Grammys.

The Recording Academy made this announcement on Monday morning, alongside the inclusion of Luke Combs and Travis Scott.

The Grammy organizers announced on their X handle, “Attention: African Giant @BurnaBoy will take the #GRAMMYs stage on Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on @CBS.”

Notable artists such as Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa were already announced as performers as well.

It is worth mentioning that Burna Boy was previously nominated in three categories at the 66th Grammys, including Best Melodic Rap Performance for ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World,’ Best Global Music Performance for ‘Alone,’ and Best African Music Performance for ‘City Boys.’
