Burna Boy, a popular singer, has apologized to Nigerian blogs after aggressively criticizing Western blogs for their recent posts about him.
It should be noted that the Afrobeats singer has been at odds with bloggers for their persistent involvement in his business.
He even tried to pay off several bloggers so they wouldn’t mention his name in their publications.
The ‘Twice as Tall’ singer has chastised Western media for publishing a photo of his shaved face as if fresh.
He noted to them that the photo was taken in 2021, when he last shaved his beard.
Burna Boy added that he had thought Nigerian blogs were unmatched in their stupidity, but he has now realized that they probably learned from Western blogs.
He wrote:
“To all you wei** who depend on theshaderoom @theshadeborough And other weird blogs for your daily news. I shaved my beard in 2021 NOT now. But it’s good to know that for all the history Ive been making and records I’ve been setting and breaking, You PARASITES ONLY CARE ABOUT WHO I MIGHT HAVE F.kD, who I’m fkng and stupid like “Burna boy shaved his beard”. I gotta apologise to Nigerian blogs now cuz I thought their stup*ity was unique, I didn’t know they learned all they know from the West.”
