Nigerian actress and author Laide Bakare has addressed the allegations made by her colleague Eniola Badmus.
Eniola Badmus had criticized Laide Bakare for allegedly mocking her for not having children.
The controversy began when Laide Bakare defended herself against criticism regarding her appearance and makeup at her book launch on March 3.
Fellow actors like Odunlade Adekola, Mercy Aigbe, and others showed their support for her achievement.
Eniola Badmus was singled out by Laide Bakare for allegedly joining in the criticism.
Eniola had claimed that Laide mocked her for being childless and supporting a particular political figure.
In response, Laide Bakare stated that Eniola Badmus had insulted her in a way that she could not repeat.
She warned her to stop assuming she is now finer and better than her but quickly debunked calling her childless.
Laide Bakare wrote:
