Nollywood award-winning filmmaker Funke Akindele recently took to social media to address haters, urging her followers not to be affected by negativity.
In a heartfelt message on her Instagram story, the talented actress shared about the importance of staying away from trouble and finding solace in God’s care.
“People can be so wicked! Remember you are on your own so look out of trouble. No one is perfect but let’s try to dey our dey. The energy out there ain’t cool. Beware!!! Olorun a ma so wa!!”
While it’s unclear if she was targeting anyone specific, Funke Akindele has a history of ignoring naysayers and focusing on her success.
With her groundbreaking film becoming the first in Nollywood to reach a billion naira in revenue, Funke Akindele continues to make waves in the industry.
