Courtney, aka Gorgeous Doll, the American stylist who accidentally shared a nice selfie of herself with the famed Nigerian singer Davido, has shared her tale.
This came just hours after she accidentally tweeted a selfie with the married singer, followed by a viral video of the musician pleading in tears.
Addressing the outrage, Courtney said that she has been the singer’s client and friend for four years and is also in charge of arranging his gigs in the United States.
In response to the leaked photo, she explained that it was an accident when she attempted to create a post while drunk.
Regarding the viral video of him pleading, she refused to delve into its genesis but admitted to having once shared it on a group chat that had two of her friends in it.
The video was leaked by one of her friends, Bonita Maria, as clap back to fans of Davido trolling her for reposting the cosy photo of Courtney and Davido on her Instagram Story.
Courtney further clarified that she never knew he was married as their work-friendship relationship did not extend enough to know each other’s private lives.
She appealed to all affected parties while insisting that the issue escalated because her friend, Bonita fell to the temptation of trolling those who came for her.
