Nigerian Army discover ISWAP bread factory in Borno state

Troops from Operation Hadin Kai, known as Operation Lake Sanity III, located an ISWAP terrorist bread factory in the Maisani area of the Timbuktu Triangle in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.

According to counter-terrorism expert Zagazola Makama, the factory was uncovered by a joint effort of the 199 Special Forces Battalion, Hybrid Forces, and Civilian JTF during a mission into the terrorists’ stronghold on Sunday based on intelligence sources.

Posting on X, Makama said “the sources said the factory was destroyed while items recovered include 2 Lister generating plants, 1 baking machine and several baking materials.”

Makama further disclosed that the “week-long clearance operation was marked by a total decimation of the terrorists from its stronghold in the Timbuktu Triangle, comprising Buk, 1, 2 and 3, Talala, Ajigin, Dusula, Abulam, Gorgi, in the dreaded Timbuktu Triangle.”
