According to reports, well-known Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwodo died after accidentally drowning during filming.
Shortly after posting a video of himself on a boat to his Instagram profile, the actor reportedly drowned.
Since he was the only child raised by his parents and wanted to raise his three children on his own, he was heard pleading with the boat rider to slow down in the video.
Junior Pope described the risk that actors in films take in order to thrill their audiences, saying that he was filming himself in the middle of the River Niger.
