Brymo, the Nigerian vocalist also known as Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, has made it clear that he will never mention his colleague Burna Boy in any of his songs.
The rift between the two singers began when Brymo accused Burna Boy of stealing his unreleased song, which inspired Brymo’s own songs “City Boy” and “I told you”.
In response, Burna Boy threw shade at Brymo during a live freestyle, suggesting that Brymo had fallen off and urging others to work hard so they don’t suffer the same fate.
During a recent interview on Curiosity Made Me Ask, when the host brought up Burna Boy’s lyrics, he reaffirmed that he will never feature Burna Boy in any of his songs.
