Nollywood actor Akah Nnani has opened up about his relationship with his lovely wife, Chidera Nnani.
During a sit-down interview with Toke Makinwa on the Toke Moments show, Akah Nnani revealed what kept his marriage together.
Nnani, speaking on his initial disdain for his host, Toke Makinwa, admitted that he was kind of criticizing her but eventually came to terms with the fact that she was liked by everyone.
During the debate, Akah Nnani mentioned that his marriage is founded on love rather than likes. He discussed the times when he doesn’t love his wife or when their feelings are mutual, but love keeps them together.
The actor noted that love is complicated, and one has to love one’s partner’s demons to show genuine love.
“People marry for the wrong reasons everytime.
I will say love becasue there are moments and certain period of time I don’t like my wife, it has happend. And there are period when she does not like me because it is the love that keeps us.
Love is complicated, you have to love somebody’s demons. That is why it is love.”
