Chrisean Rock and Blueface have experienced a turbulent relationship throughout the years. Their romantic involvement spanned from 2020 to 2023, resulting in the birth of a child post-breakup.
Despite their parting, Chrisean Rock has been notably supportive of Blueface amidst his legal disputes. The artist known for the song “Thotiana” faced legal repercussions for violating probation in January, leading to a court session on June 10 at a San Fernando Valley courthouse.
However, the situation took an unexpected twist when Rock made an appearance and was promptly taken into custody.
According to TMZ, Chrisean Rock was accompanied by her daughter at the hearing. Upon her courtroom arrival, she was swiftly detained by law enforcement officers.
Reports indicated that the San Fernando Valley police had been anticipating Rock’s presence. Her child was escorted away by officers, who conducted a search to ensure that the rapper did not possess any weapons.
Initially, the reasons behind Rock’s arrest were unclear but were later linked to a felony warrant issued in 2022.
Chrisean Rock is currently under detention without the option of bail. Additionally, she faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, stemming from the 2022 warrant issued in Oklahoma.
The rapper was cognizant of being wanted for these offenses but expressed reluctance to surrender during a livestream in March.
“I been paying off fees and getting rid of s**t, talking to certain people,” Rock noted. “I have my son. The old me would have just turned myself in and dealt with it. The inside through the outside of the jail. Whatever… Right now, I gotta play it cautious ’cause I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing.”
