Notable influencer Papaya Ex responds to charges that he collected N235K from a lady for a free money-making workshop and then blocked her after accepting payment.
It should be noted that the influencer stated plans to teach a few interested persons how to generate money from the comfort of their own homes.
However, a woman who claimed to be her pupil accused Papaya Ex of snatching N235K and disconnecting her Whatsapp platform.
In response to the allegations, Papaya challenged the lady to produce evidence, threatening to arrest her if she did not.
She stressed her financial stability and said she would not participate in any unethical activities.
“I wanted to train twenty people but 23k people joined the group for free, I didn’t force anybody. I thought it was a joke, but it’s getting serious. I am not a broke girl, i am not begging anybody to give me money. If you do not show me proof that you paid me and I block you, I’m going to pick you up,” she said partly.
