Iyabo Ojo’s partner, Paulo Okoye, has threatened to sever friendships with artist Davido, businessman Cubana Chief Priest, writer Tunde Ednut, musician Seun Kuti, DJ Obi, and dancer Poco Lee over social media influencer VeryDarkMan (VDM).
This comes after VeryDarkMan said that Iyabo Ojo was only invited to the after-party for Davido’s wedding to Chioma on Tuesday, rather than the main hall.
He also referred to her as “aunty ode,” which is an insult in Yoruba language.
VeryDarkMan was just released from police jail for allegedly cyberbullying Iyabo and others. The case is still pending in court.
In an Instagram Story post on Wednesday, Paulo Okoye took a bold stance, asking Davido and others mentioned to choose between him or VDM.
“This nonsense will stop Today @mazitundeednut @davido @cubana_chiefpriest @bigbirdkuti @djobiondeck @poco_lee.
“Either Me (friend) or him (vdm) You need to make a decision.”
Reacting to VDM’s claims, Iyabo shared on Instagram a photo of the wedding invitation card sent to her by Sharon Adeleke, a relative of Davido.
