Adekunle Gold, the well-known Nigerian singer and husband of fellow artist Simi, has recently expressed his deep gratitude to Olamide on social media for providing him with the opportunity to enter the music industry.
Starting as a graphic designer, Adekunle Gold shared that he had created the YBNL logo before eventually becoming a member of the YBNL family.
In his post, Adekunle Gold wrote on the microblogging site, X:
“Thank you @olamide for giving that young graphic designer the chance to not only design the YBNL logo but to be a part of your family.”
Olamide, touched by the gesture, responded with a warm message, saying: “Fam for life 🙏🏾❤️”

Taking to his Instagram page, Adekunle Gold thanked his fans for recognizing his talent and changing his life 8 years prior when they first discovered his music.
Reflecting on his journey, the proud father acknowledged that he always believed in his unique gift and wanted to share it with the world.
He wrote:
“All I had was a dream.
I knew I had a special gift and I said to myself, “the world must hear this, they must know my name, these stories I have to share must mean something to people, these songs must find a home in people’s hearts” 8 years ago, my life changed forever!
THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN GOLD!
