Big Brother, Naija ‘Level Up’ finalist Bella Okagbue, has been confronted with a painful truth: she denies smoking.
The reality star stated on the microblogging network Twitter, now known as X, that she had gone to the hospital after feeling ill. She claimed that while she was at the doctor’s office, he asked if she smoked, and she responded ‘No’, giving her bragging rights.
“Hi guys, been really ill but feeling a lot better.
That feeling when you are in a doctor’s office and he asks if you smoke, and you say NO. Big Flex!

A Twitter user, identified as Paulo, had tackled her, questioning if she doesn’t smoke shisha. He told her to keep deceiving herself.
“But you smoke shisha? Keep deceiving yourself by yourself”.
Replying to him, Bella made him know that she doesn’t smoke Shisha.
“No, I don’t”.
Tackling her, Paulo shared a video of her smoking shisha at Rico Swarvey’s candlelight as he questioned if the person in the video wasn’t her.
