JAMB has raised concerns about the increasing number of candidates submitting doctored or falsely adjusted age declarations on their NIN slips.
The exam body is troubled by the trend of underage candidates misrepresenting their age to gain admission into universities, deeming it as dangerous and unnecessary.
JAMB now only considers candidates who will be at least sixteen years old at the time of admission as eligible for university admission.
