The famous rapper and record executive, Rick Ross, is facing a lawsuit for failing to provide wheelchair accessibility at his Car & Bike Show.
Darris Straughter, a disabled man, took legal action against Ross after being unable to attend the event due to a lack of accommodations for disabled individuals.
Despite purchasing a ticket and making arrangements to attend, Straughter claims he was left disappointed and without any form of compensation.
Represented by attorney John Hoover Esq., Straughter is suing Rick Ross for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
The lawsuit however, seeks damages as well as a court order mandating that future car shows provide proper disabled access.
