The Department of State Services, DSS operatives, have raided the office of the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, in Abuja.
SERAP confirmed this in a post on their official social media handle on Monday.
The post read: “Officers from Nigeria’s State Security Service (SSS) are presently unlawfully occupying SERAP’s office in Abuja, asking to see our directors.
“President Tinubu must immediately direct the SSS to end the harassment, intimidation, and attack on the rights of Nigerians.”
This is coming after the rights group had urged President Tinubu to direct the National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, to quickly reverse the outrageous pump price of premium motor spirit, PMS.
