Dangote Refinery: Femi Otedola sends message to oil importers

Billionaire Femi Otedola Celebrates his Late Dad on his Posthumous Birthday

Femi Otedola, a billionaire business magnate, has advised oil depot owners in Nigeria to dismantle and sell their depots as scrap.

This comes after the announcement that Dangote Refinery is fully operational and ready to produce petroleum products, including petrol.

Aliko Dangote, the President of Dangote Refinery, revealed that petrol from the refinery will be available in the Nigerian market within 48 hours.

Femi Otedola stated that this development signals the end of the fuel importing business in the country.

“..You have not just built a refinery; you have liberated us from the chains of economic dependence that have held this nation back for far too long,” he wrote.

“Now, with your refinery in full swing…the depot owners should take heed—it’s time to dismantle those depots and sell them as scrap while the market is still high.

“The world has changed, and those who do not adapt will be left behind.”
