Nigerian singer Simisola Kosoko, often known as Simi, has turned to social media to commemorate the seventh anniversary of her classic second studio album, Simisola.
Simi shared the cover of her Simisola album on her X page, referring to it as her “baby” and encouraging fans to share their favorite tracks. The album, released on September 8, 2017, by X3M Music, came after her debut project, Ogaju.
She wrote: “My baby is 7 🤎🤎🤎 #SIMISOLA. What songs had you in a chokehold?”
In another post, she shared a video of a track from the album, “Smile For Me,” naming it her favourite song.
She wrote: “This is my favorite Simi song ever. It’s more about nostalgia now than any thing else, but it stays 🩷 #SmileForMe”
