FG approves airstrip for Bishop Oyedepo’s ‘Canaanland’

I now change private jets like bicycles – Bishop Oyedepo

The federal government has granted approval for the establishment of an airstrip in Canaanland, the principal base of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, commonly referred to as Winners Chapel, located in Ota, Ogun State.

Bishop David Oyedepo conveyed this information to the members of his congregation during the Tehillah Night Special Edition held at his church’s premises in Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State.

As articulated by Bishop David Oyedepo, the purpose of the airstrip is to enhance transportation access for worshippers and visitors, especially during significant events such as Shiloh, thereby allowing them to travel directly from the church premises without the necessity of first reaching the airport.

The congregation will now have the capability to land and securely park their aircraft at Canaanland.

The founder of the church further disclosed that the project will be financed entirely by the church, thereby underscoring its dedication to self-sufficiency and infrastructural advancement.

While a precise timeline for the construction has yet to be delineated, the church leadership has provided assurances that the project will be executed promptly and in compliance with all requisite aviation regulations.
