Karen Igho, a reality celebrity, has resorted to social media on a day when Nigeria celebrates its 64th birthday, asking for prayers from fellow Nigerians.
She claims she is in serious marital difficulty and has been homeless for a year.
She also claims she has been homeless for a year and that her divorced husband is attempting to take their children away on the grounds that she is “mentally ill.”
She denies his claim and confirms that she does not use narcotics.
Karen claims that if Nigerians do not hear from her again, it simply means she has been killed.
Her tweets has gained a lot of attention, with many praying for her, and some asking her to seek help from fellow Nigerians in the country she resides.
Karen won the season 6 of the Big Brother Africa show in 2011.
