Controversial Nigerian singer Naira Marley, who has faced backlash following the tragic death of his former signee Mohbad, recently shared a reflective message on his Instagram Story. He expressed gratitude to God in his post, stating, “Alhamdulilahi always.
Allahu Akbar. Allah is the greatest,” and conveyed that despite his detractors’ efforts, they “failed miserably.”
Marley emphasized the importance of staying close to God, warning his followers against relying on “small handmaid gods,”
which he said would lead to misfortune. He also used a phrase, “I didn’t eat gbi, so I can’t die gbi,” suggesting his resilience and trust in divine protection.
