Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo has sparked outrage with her admiration for Kamala Harris following her defeat in the 2024 American presidential race.
The Democratic Party presidential candidate who took over for Joe Biden after he withdrew from the election lost to Republican Party nominee Donald Trump, who received more than 267 electoral votes.
Biodun responded to the news on Instagram, expressing her support for Kamala and noting how the politician shook the country in just 100 days and received votes that males couldn’t even come close to. Dropping her hat for her, Biodun called her a superwoman, citing her incredible strength, resilience, and ambition.
She stated that Kamala Harris has proven her unmatched strength to face the task if she was given the chance but Americans are not ready for a woman president yet.
