Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has officially dropped her federal lawsuit against him for assault and defamation.
Filed in March, this lawsuit followed Majors’ conviction on misdemeanor assault and harassment charges related to a 2023 incident.
In their joint notice, both parties indicated the case is dismissed with prejudice, preventing future refiling.
Details on a settlement or the reasons behind Jabbari’s withdrawal remain undisclosed, and representatives for both sides have not publicly commented on the development.
